Note: Bright Smiles subscription plans are NOT INSURANCE. They are licensed discount savings plans offered by participating providers. Subscribers in good standing with their subscription fees are eligible to receive transparent, subscriber-only discounts from the normal retail fees at participating offices. The plan subscriber is obligated to pay for all services other than the discount afforded by the subscription plan. Subscribili does not make payments directly to providers for services rendered to plan subscribers. Before purchase and upon request, Subscribili will provide a comprehensive list of all participating providers, including their names, cities, states, and specialty categories, within the service area of a plan subscriber.
